ABOUT THE PROJECT AND PEOPLE
I decided to create this project because a few years ago my mornings used to be pretty stressed. I was suffering from severe anxiety and burnout. And then I formed my morning yoga rituals, where I would rest in myself, stretch and connect with my body, and often with what was important to me in my life, for maybe just a short while before I let my attention out into the world. Yoga helped me heal.
Now, in collaboration with the top yoga teachers from around the world (starting in Prague), we are preparing for you yoga routines on various topics. For example, soon here you will find yoga for stress and anxiety, yoga for women, yoga with chakra energy, lots of yoga warm-ups and much more...
I hope that this project will be an inspiration for all those who have already encountered yoga or want to start practicing it.

Gabriela Ryskova
I am creative freelance creature. I love yoga and I also do illustrations, graphic design and photography. Yoga is a way for me to not only deal with the morning chaos, but also a way to re-connect with my body, relax and feel more connected to everything around me.
When I discover something great, I immediately feel the need to share that discovery with the world, and so this project was born. My hope is that the practice of yoga will bring you a strengthening of body and spirit on your journey to self.

Lucie Königova
My great wish is to re-introduce people to the art of enjoying life, finding awe and pleasure in exploration and discovery, trying out new things, playing, experimenting, opening up to new experiences... I have no desire to teach people the "correct" way of practice as is often imagined when the term yoga therapy is mentioned – whether it be "correct breathing", "correct movement" or "correct posture".
My intention is to rediscover and cultivate sensitivity to ourselves and to life. Willingness to experience life with interest, playfulness, lightness, openness, and at the same time with a calm, focused attention and to first and foremost experience whatever is happening right now – in its entirety. Then we can learn from it, create our own style and be our own teacher, who is then able to experience and express the same thing to others through sensitivity, tolerance, openness and honesty with oneself. I suppose it could also be described as the joy and courage of being who we really are, right now – in our movement, breath, thought and sensation.
I study, practice and teach yoga and yoga therapy in the tradition of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. I have had the opportunity and good fortune to study with many inspiring teachers to whom she owes much. My main teachers are the Mohan family, whom she cherishes with great respect and love. My greatest teacher by far is life itself.
I see the path of yoga as a path to healing and liberation, to equanimity and reconciliation, inner peace, joy, playfulness and harmony. I believe that we can often go further and deeper through surrender rather than effort. In my classes, I seek to inspire students to try to go beyond the easy and the obvious.

Šárka Soudková, Ph.D.
I am Šárka, originally from Prague (Czechia), currently living in Tel Aviv (Israel). My main long-term professional interest is the therapeutic effect of yoga and other mindful somatic practices on human health and well-being. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for around twenty years and since 2012 my passion has also become my profession. With an academic background in psychology, my main focus is supporting my clients’ mental health. I am facilitating trauma-sensitive yoga (TCTSY) and with the tools of Yoga Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE) as well as Trauma-sensitive mindfulness (TSM), I am supporting and empowering others to deal with stress related difficulties, anxiety, depression and post-trauma.
My gentle way of facilitating yoga and mindful movement encourages people to bring full awareness to the present moment, meet themselves wherever they are. I am holding the space for my clients to overcome what prevents them from thriving, and creating a safe container to connect with their true self through tuning into their body, breath, mind and emotions with openness and curiosity.

Kristian Zen
I appeared on planet Earth less than ten thousand sunrises ago.
I perceive my existence as an infinite fountain of knowledge, through which I am discovering who I am and discovering my potential.
What is the meaning of life? To live it! I am learning not to take myself too seriously and to see life as a transcendental game.
I am a child who plays and I am a man who is responsible for his actions.
I study the craft of filmmaking and create works that I believe will light up the eyes of the viewer.
One of my biggest dreams, is to create the next big place on planet earth where people live in harmony with nature and feel like a big family.
Kristian is our chief yoga filmmaker. We thank him for all the radiant videos!
