Lucy studies, practices and teaches yoga and yoga therapy in the tradition of Tirumalai Krishnamacharya. She has had the opportunity to study with many inspiring teachers (especially Marcela Mikesova, Paddy McGrath, Susi Hately and Godfrey Devereux). Her main teachers are Sri A. G., Indra and Ganesh Mohans, whom she cherishes with great respect and love.

By far her greatest teacher is life itself. Lucy sees the path of yoga as a path to healing and liberation, to equanimity and reconciliation, inner peace, joy, playfulness and harmony. She believes that we can often go further and deeper through surrender rather than effort. In her classes, Lucie seeks to inspire students to try to go beyond the easy and the obvious.
